INGREDIENTS: 

eggnog frenchtoastbake-79• 1 loaf french bread cut into 2-inch cubes (about 5 cups)

• 2 1/2 cups Eggnog

• 6 large eggs

• 1/3 cup dark brown sugar

• 1 tsp. orange zest

• 1/16 drops almond extract

• 2 cups blueberries

• 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Arrange the bread cubes in a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients; pour over the bread, tossing lightly to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake french toast uncovered for 35 minutes or until golden brown; serve warm.
