It’s hard to not love breakfast food, but most of us don’t have time to eat a healthy breakfast meal before we rush out of the door. Well, we have a recipe for you that is packed with protein and only takes a few minutes to make. With just a few simple steps you can make a tasty oatmeal breakfast for you and your kids.


  • Oatmeal
  • Brown Sugar
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Egg Whites
  • Agave Nectar 


  1. First, you want to grab a large microwavable mi bowl. Add one cup of whole oats to the bowl. Then mix in 2 tbsp. of brown sugar.
  2. More, add 2 tsp. of Greek yogurt and a quarter cup of liquid egg whites. Mix all the ingredients together and put in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Then divide the ingredients that have been mixed together into two microwavable bowls. Microwave again for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. For a little extra sweetness, add a few drops of agave nectar to the mixture.
